Alex was raised in El Salvador and is now attending the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in veterinary sciences. His first language is Spanish, and he helps so many of our clients with translation.
Alex's dream is to become a licensed veterinary technician and then a veterinarian. With his experience, he wants to open a livestock practice back home in El Salvador.
Alex is new to VCA Baring Boulevard, but so far, he enjoys learning from the experienced staff and enjoys how hospitable they have been to him. He also enjoys caring for all the pretty pets that come in.
Alex has many hobbies that he enjoys outside of work, such as baking, cooking, roadtripping, festival going and rock climbing. Alex has two dogs and two cats: Nova (a Pomeranian), Hachiko (a mixed breed), Ponchito (a medium-haired cat), and Wolfie (a short-haired cat he shares with his boyfriend).
