If you have to be away and cannot take your companion with you, we are happy to care for them in our climate controlled boarding facilities. We have a variety of housing options to suit all types of pets. We strive to make sure every pet is comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you are away.
Ask a staff member for a tour and make sure your pets are up to date on their vaccinations, so you can sneak away for those last minute weekend outings. We do fill up quickly during holiday times, so make your pet’s reservations early!
Below is a description of our additional amenities.
These are play sessions where your pet is with a staff member only. We are outside for about 15-20 minutes and we do what your pet seems to enjoy, whether that is fetch, snuggling or running around.
Similar to the original playtime, your pet is outside with a staff member. The difference is we are using a flirt pole to engage your pet more in the play session. Flirt poles look similar to a fishing rod, all plastic but at the end is a ball or rope toy that your pet has to grab. This is great for more energetic pups that need to burn extra energy.
A kong is a strong durable toy created for enrichment. Based on your pet's dietary restrictions we can use either peanut butter, cheese, pumpkin or wet food. We stuff the Kongs, then freeze them. They will use their tongue to get all the treats out which tires them out. These are great for your pet to burn extra energy as well as feel rewarded when doing so.
Snuffle mats are created of fabric that have loops in them to hold kibble or treats. The treats are hidden in the fabric and your pet will use their nose to sniff out the kibble or treats. Great for burning energy.
Puzzle treats are a good alternative to the snuffle mat if your pet is a “blanket chewer”. These are plastic puzzles that your pet will use their nose to nudge around the puzzle and get treats when they move the pieces around.
When boarding, we give your pet a raised cot to sleep on, in addition to their blankets if they can have them. This is a great alternative to a pet that chews blankets or if you want to spoil your pet!
This is recommended for senior pets that have a hard time getting off the floor or moving around in their room. This add-on is great paired with the raised bedding if your pet can step onto the raised cot.
Great add-on to keep your pet used to your routine at home. We do this amenity right before we leave for the night to ensure your pet feels extra loved and happy while boarding.
If you would like your pet to go outside more than the standard four times a day, you can choose to add this on.
Highly-recommended for those that are used to being brushed often to ensure we keep up with your routine at home.
We will give your *dog* a good scrub-down before departure. We can also do your pet's toe nail trims!
