Dr. Janet Houser is a native Phoenician. She graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. She came back to Arizona and has practiced here for over 40 years. Her husband is also a veterinarian and takes care of zoo animals. She has two grown children and six grandchildren. She enjoys being involved with her grandchildren's activities and being outdoors hiking. She is a "tort-parent" to "Ninja," a 38 year old desert tortoise... the perfect pet!
