Aquila joined us in 2026 and comes with eight years of experience. She is passionate about coaching and supporting client service professionals as they build confidence and develop strong, transferable skills. She feels the most rewarding part of her role is being part of each individual's professional growth and helping create lasting impact through thoughtful support and guidance.
Outside of work she enjoys music, dance, and fitness and has a background in the performing arts. She has performed as a vocalist with the Mama Foundation for the Arts in New York, choreographed dance pieces and taught elementary school dance for five years.
