Dr. Marx has a special interest in integrative veterinary medicine and is certified in veterinary acupuncture. Her interest in holistic therapies began after witnessing the impact acupuncture had on her own golden retriever, Miami, whose quality of life was extended through treatment. That personal experience inspired her to integrate complementary therapies into her medical practice to better support pets experiencing pain, mobility challenges, and chronic conditions.

Dr. Marx earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 1991. She joined VCA Animal Healing Center in 2006 and has since become a trusted resource for families throughout Langhorne and the greater Bucks County community seeking a thoughtful, integrative approach to pet care.
