Cass is a certified veterinary technician at VCA Animal Healing Center in Langhorne, PA, where she supports patient care and client education as part of the hospital’s collaborative veterinary team. Known for her thoughtful and attentive approach, Cass works closely with both doctors and pet owners to help ensure every patient receives compassionate, well-coordinated care.
She believes that great veterinary medicine begins with communication. By helping families understand their pet’s condition, treatment options, and long-term care plan, Cass helps clients feel confident and supported as they make decisions for their pet’s health.

Cass earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Service Administration and Labor Studies from Saint Joseph’s University and later completed her Associate of Science degree as a Certified Veterinary Technician through Harcum College. Her educational background supports both the medical and communication aspects of her role, allowing her to contribute meaningfully to both patient care and client guidance.
Within the hospital, Cass works alongside the medical team to assist with diagnostics, treatments, and patient monitoring while helping clients better understand how traditional veterinary medicine and the hospital’s holistic approach to pet care work together to support overall wellness.
She has a particular interest in preventive care and enjoys helping families understand the value of consistent wellness planning. Through education and ongoing communication, she helps clients feel more confident navigating their pet’s healthcare journey.
